My home is in a neighborhood called Buena Vista, which is just north of the Miami Design District and Wynwood. My neighborhood hosts primarily historic single-family homes from the 1920s. The Buena Vista/Wynwood area is one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Miami. You will see many fully renovated homes as our neighborhood is going through major gentrification. Home prices have increased 19% from last year. Im happy to be a part of and share with you the new and upcoming Buena Vista.
